Standard Delivery
Reliable and secure. Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days nationwide after the payment has been fully verified.
Order Processing
All orders are processed with the utmost urgency. Once you complete your checkout and your payment is verified, our fulfillment center in Matawan, NJ begins preparing your package immediately.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation the moment your order is accepted and moving to the packing stage.
Discreet Packaging Guarantee
We understand the importance of privacy when ordering medical supplies. Your physical privacy is 100% guaranteed.
All medications are securely wrapped inside factory-sealed blister packs and shipped in completely plain, unbranded boxes or padded envelopes. There are no pharmacy logos, medical references, or indications of the contents on the outside of the package. The return address will only display our generic fulfillment center details.
Geographic Restrictions
At this time, we exclusively ship within the United States of America. We do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status in real-time via the carrier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While extremely rare, transit delays caused by extreme weather or carrier logistical issues can occur. If your package has not arrived within 48 hours past its expected delivery window, please contact us. Our team will initiate a trace with the carrier and, if necessary, issue a prompt reshipment at no additional cost to you.
