However, if there is an issue with your order, we offer full refunds or free reshipments as detailed below.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
We guarantee the delivery of your medication. If your package is lost in transit, seized, or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days past the expected delivery date), you are fully covered by our delivery guarantee.
- Free Reshipment: We will immediately dispatch a replacement package via Express Overnight shipping at no additional cost to you.
- Full Refund: If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every order is carefully inspected and packed in factory-sealed blister packs before shipping. If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect dosage or quantity, please notify us immediately.
To process a claim for damaged or incorrect items, we may require a clear photograph of the package and its contents. Once verified, we will arrange for a free express reshipment of the correct items or provide a full refund.
Cancellations
Because we pride ourselves on rapid fulfillment, orders are often processed within minutes. You may cancel your order for a full refund only if it has not yet been shipped.
If you need to cancel, please call our 24/7 support line immediately. Once an order has received a tracking number and left our facility, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing Times
If a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately by our billing department. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Typically 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal / CashApp / Zelle: Usually within 24 hours.
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin): Processed within 2-4 hours to your provided wallet address, subject to network confirmations.
